How do I Return/Exchange items I’ve purchased In-Store?
We will accept any unused item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange at any of our Eewt Pioneer Partners LLC Locations. Please note that we do not refund original shipping charges except in cases of a product defect or shipping error.
Please bring a copy of your original invoice and the merchandise in it’s original condition to complete your in-store return or exchange. If you paid for your order using PayPal, and require a refund, your PayPal Account will be credited the full order amount within 2 to 3 business days of your in-store return.

Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?
We offer expedited shipping options with real-time rates through FedEx and USPS. Expedited options depend on your location and size and weight of your order. Estimated delivery dates are provided by FedEx and USPS. Please Note: cutoff time for same day processing of your expedited order is 11:00 a.m. EST. Any order placed after 11:00 a.m. will ship the following business day.
Order Processing
Our team is working as fast as they can to get you your order as quickly as possible. We typically ship orders out within 1-2 business days. You will receive an order shipped confirmation email to the address used to place the order – if you did not receive one, please be sure to check your junk or spam folder.
What Are Your Shipping Times?
We are committed to providing the best shipping times possible for our valued customers. Once your order is placed it will be processed within 1-2 business days. From there, transit can take 2-10 days depending on location and logistics. Our average delivery occurs within 7 days of the order being placed. We offer Expedited Shipping options through USPS and FedEx. At checkout you will see these options along with estimated delivery dates and real time rates for delivery to your address.
What Shipping Methods Do You Use?
The majority of our orders are shipped using standard group shipping from FedEx with some being shipped through USPS. We charge a flat rate of $7.99 on orders under $50. All orders over $50 before tax will receive free standard shipping.

Free In-Store Pick-Up
Yes, we do offer free in-store pickup on orders. You can select to pick up your order at our Zanesville or Newark locations at checkout and will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up. Please note: this option is only available for shipping addresses within 50 miles of either of our store locations.
International Shipments
Unfortunately, at this time we do not. We ship to all 50 states and D.C.
How long does it take to ship out my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped out within 2 business days.
How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped through FedEx or USPS. Our standard shipping will go USPS for packages under a pound and FedEx for packages over a pound. There are also expedited shipping options through USPS and FedEx available at checkout.
Are there other ways to receive my order?
Shipping on all orders below $50 will ship out via Standard Flat Rate $7.99. Free In-Store Pick Up available at our Zanesville and Newark, Ohio locations.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
We ship to all home and business addresses in the United States (All 50 States and U.S. Territories). We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses or addresses outside of the United States.
